Just Poppin’ By
The holidays can be such a busy time of year and sometimes we let things slip through the cracks. One thing that usually sneaks away from me is remembering to give gifts to friends and family so I’m always looking for easy but cute last minute ideas.
Gift’s don’t have to be big. A lot of our friends and family just want to know that people are thinking of them. I like to come up with simple and cheap ways to do so that are also cute and clever.
What better way then to drop by with some popcorn!
Popcorn is an Easy Gift
Have you ever noticed that popcorn is a Christmas thing? Not sure who decided that but I love it! Popcorn is eaten in my house almost on the daily.
We love making our own from kernels or buying microwavable kind. I even love getting the pre-popped kind with different flavors.
Every Christmas season I love to get ONE of those popcorn tins that has the butter, cheese and caramel popcorn. But the last few years instead of getting that, I get this pre-popped kind from Target that has peppermint bark drizzled on it and it is to die for.
A few years ago I shared a similar recipe for White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn that I love to make when it is in season. Go check out the recipe and give it a try. It’s a great treat for those Christmas movie nights but can totally be gifted as well.
There are a lot of yummy recipes for popcorn you can make. Even a simple caramel corn can be delicious and easy to do.
If you are really busy and in a hurry and don’t have the time to make anything, you are still in luck!
Grab some microwave popcorn and leave it wrapped. Print out your favorite the free printable from below and tape it, glue it or tie it to the popcorn package and you are done. So simple and cute but also meaningful.
If you want to make your own gourmet popcorn, you can do so and put in clear bags, or even cute Christmas themed bags from Dollar Tree, print out the tag you like and attach it.
Any way you choose to do this, make sure to use one of our tags you can print for free to save time and money.
